February is peak tourist season so it is recommended you lodge your accommodation reservations as early as possible.
The conference venue is the National Institute of Education. It is located in the heart of Phnom Penh. Taxi, tuk tuk or motodup transfers are optional. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the transfer.
