Language Education in Asia Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism is the use of the ideas and works of others and oneself without properly paraphrasing or quoting, and citing. Authors should take special care to ensure that all ideas and works of others, as well as those of the authors themselves, are acknowledged and appropriately used in their submissions.
Submissions containing instances of identical or similar passages to published works, whether of the author or others, will be rejected. Subsequent submissions from authors who have submitted a paper found to contain instances of plagiarism will be rejected without review.
For online resources on plagiarism, paraphrasing, and quoting, we recommend the Research and Citation section of Purdue OWL at http://owl.english.purdue.edu
