IDP Education (Cambodia) Ltd, "IDP", is the initiator, financial underwriter and principal organiser of the CamTESOL Conference.

Registration Fees:

The conference registration fees include: access to all plenary and break-out sessions.

If you supply the number of teachers in the Cambodian Provincial Teacher sponsoring section box, you hereby agree to sponsor CAMBODIAN PROVINCIAL TEACHERS after you have thoroughly read the condition. Hence, all sponsorship shall NOT be cancelled/refunded.

Cancellations made on, or after, 10th February 2024 will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.

By submitting the registration information, registrants are agreeing to the above conditions. All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing to the CamTESOL Secretariat, c/o IDP Education (Cambodia) at secretariat@camtesol.org.

Shared Registrations:

Please note one registration with payment must be received per attending delegate. Shared registrations and registration transfers are not permitted.

Payment:

Payment is required to confirm registration, and is due at the time the completed registration details are submitted.

Cancellation of Conference by IDP:

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of IDP to cancel the conference. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the maximum liability of IDP is limited to a refund of the full conference registration fee, including of any sponsored participants, with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever. In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the conference due to circumstances beyond IDP’s reasonable control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, war, acts of God and natural disaster, IDP cannot be held responsible, for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being cancelled or postponed.

Other Conditions:

IDP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice. IDP reserves the right to reject a registration without giving reasons or to terminate a registration at any time.
